Specialist Amtico Cleaning Service

By On September 3, 2016 Under Amtico Flooring

We have a lot of information on our website about Amtico; how it is made, why it was developed and much more. We often find that it is so often the case that an image speaks a thousand words.

This picture is a close up of an Amtico floor that we restored in Middlesbrough. Our clients had chosen to lay this flooring type in their hallway of their newly built house. They had done quite a bit of research prior to having it installed and were extremely pleased with it.

Amtico Cleaners MiddlesbroughOver time they noticed that it had lost its lustre a little. We were asked about whether we could clean it and if there were any limitations due to the way that it is laid.

We were happy to offer information and advice and to confirm that we could confidently clean it to like-new.

Amtico boards, when installed, are laid onto a screeded floor. This provides a level-base for the individual pieces to be laid onto. It is almost impossible to imagine how the floor will look once it is complete as the boards can often be slim.

This image shows exactly how Amtico replicates other flooring types. The wood grain looks beautiful and our clients have the added bonus of improved durability in relation to a real wood floor.

Our clients commented on the ease of maintenance; the floor needed regular hovering to remove particles brought in from the outside. Discipline in doing this will elongate the lifespan of your floor as it is often the particles that work to damage or wear the surface of your flooring.

We are specialist cleaners for Amtico, Karndean, stone, wood and carpets. We are passionate about floor cleaning and floor care and will always go the extra mile to ensure that you are ecstatic with the results we achieve. Please call us today on 0808 118 5747.
