Oak Flooring Chester-le-Street

Oak Floor Restoration Chester-le-StreetWooden floors add style and elegance, varying from contemporary to traditional. Their initial outlay can be more than other flooring alternatives, but their longevity and value for money can far outweigh exactly that.

Solid wood floors give off warmth and are an ideal solution for households with small children or pets. Routine mopping is required to ensure wood floors are kept clean and fresh.

If, through years of use, your wooden flooring starts looking tired, Absolutely Floor Restore offer wood sanding and restoration services.

Our floor sanding process starts with a sanding process; starting with a courser sand paper through to a finer sand paper, producing a smooth finish. We use edging tools to ensure this finish is achieved along all edges of your wood floor.Oak Flooring Chester-le-Street

A primer is then applied and, once dried, a finish can be used, tailored to specifically match the look that you are wishing to achieve, whether it is wax, oil or stain.

This process is incredibly rewarding; these solid oak boards were restored in Chester-le-Street and our clients’ comment when we completed the job was “Very nice job – big improvement!”.
